After a hearty lunch (try La Alacena in the newer part of town), head to Ronda's quirky Museo del Bandoleros ('Bandits Museum'), the only museum of its kind in Spain. Throughout the 19th century and even as late as the 1930s, it was almost impossible for travellers approaching Ronda to avoid being robbed by bandits.
